  Resumo: In this weekly discussion series, we will talk about the conceptualization of race and ethnicity in the United States. We will focus on how different communities are racialized in the United States and how racialization has affected their status in the country. Each week, we will focus on a specific topic and work with accompanying materials that explore this issue. Discussions and materials will mainly be in English, although translation will be provided whenever possible.
